If you're curious, start here.

Hi there! Welcome to my blog. I’m so grateful to have you here. I can’t wait to meet you.

First, let me introduce myself.

My name’s Fox. My pronouns are they/them. I’m queer, non-binary, mentally-ill, and a creator. I work to create powerful, healing spaces for queer creatives to live into their dreams and tell their most authentic stories.

Lately I’ve been spending a lot of time with the idea of hope. Hope as a constant practice. Hope as resistance. Hope as a way of changing the world. I believe that being queer is in itself an act of hope. Walking in the world, asking questions that interrogate the things we often accept as facts. The most powerful folks I know are queer and trans people who live with love first. That is hope.

Creation is also inherently hopeful. We are not just fiddling while the ship goes down. We are dreaming, rebuilding, finding new solutions, building communities, sharing skills and tools that help folks nourish themselves and thrive. That act in itself is hope as well.

Right now, hope is needed to believe we can make it anywhere other than this. And so that’s what I’m building on. I’ve been pretty low on hope for a couple years now, feeling like I was stuck without any way out. I was working a job that eventually made me burn out, in an unhealthy relationship, reliving a lot of my past traumas, and clawing my way through my healing. Now I can see that the refusal to give up, to accept that reality, to move forward, that was hope too, even when it didn’t feel like that.

No matter how you feel about your life, whether you feel trapped or like you’re living the dream, if you know you want to tap into your creativity more deeply and heal and nourish the parts of you that have been quietly asking to be heard, if you are ready to tell stories through your unique experience, lens, and heart, then you are in the right place. And I would love to meet you!

Let’s start with some introductions!

Now that you know a little about me (trust me, you’ll know a lot more soon if you choose to stick around) I would love to hear about you.

Who are you?

What are you hoping to find here?

What battles have you fought recently? (Share it if you want so that we can cheer on your successes, whether its accomplishing a goal or staying alive.)

Anything you want to share from your journey lately, it’s welcome here.

You are welcome here.

P.S. I’m also going to be doing a series of interviews, guest posts, and collaborations with queer and trans creators of all kinds, my fellow queerators.  So if you’re a queerator, please reach out! I’m still looking for participants in this series.

I’m so excited to meet you! Thank you for being here.
